    Abraham Ziadeh is a Florida Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience working in public and private accounting. Abraham is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified in Financial Forensics. His concentration has been in tax, accounting, and litigation support. Abraham earned his master’s degree in taxation from Nova Southeastern University in 2008 and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 2003. Abraham is a member of the (FICPA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

   He is currently the managing shareholder of Abraham Ziadeh, CPA PA, a Certified Public Accounting Firm, which has served South Florida and the surrounding region for over ten years. Abraham is also the Chief Financial Officer at Falcon Aerospace Inc (a leading supplier and distributor in the Aerospace and Defense Industry) and Intelerit Holdings LLC (research, consulting, and development Technology Company). He oversees client engagements for high net worth individuals and closely-held companies.

   He has a valuable strength in tax compliance engagements for real estate clients, healthcare, law firms, restaurant and hospitality, retail, and non-profit organizations. He provides comprehensive tax planning, including advising on tax minimization strategies related to ownership structure, potential acquisitions, or divestitures.

   Abraham has comprehensive knowledge in multi-state, international corporations, partnership taxation, due diligence, and financial statement preparation in International Financial Report Standards.
